The house has 5 Star award from Visit Scotland and sits within 6 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland for guests to enjoy and explore. It's a peaceful spot but easily accessible and only 30 minutes from Inverness. The house has stunning views overlooking the Cromarty Firth and the Black Isle.

The space
We are a family run business, operating as an exclusive use venue for 18 years. Elizabeth is on-hand to assist you with your holiday, from arranging activities and entertainment to experiences and special additions. Chef Graham can provide a flexible catering service, from special dinners to one-pot meals, by prior arrangement. Daily housekeeping is complimentary, usually from 11am each day, with the exception of Christmas Day.
