Nestled at the foot of historic Cadbury Castle in beautiful South Cadbury, our home is perfectly situated for anyone looking to escape the rat-race and recharge their batteries. Great local walks and fabulous local pubs within walking distance. A fabulous place to break a journey if you're travelling from London to Cornwall as we are pretty much half way. However, be warned, those that have done this so far, always wish they were staying for longer, and sometimes they do!

Rest, relax and unwind in a beautiful and historic location. Castle Farmhouse was originally built in 1687. Skip three hundred years on and in the 1980s it was divided into two separate rental dwellings by the previous owners. Steve and I have decided to keep them separate and to offer 'the Cottage' as a holiday let with the option of expanding back into it as and when our children are back home for high days and holidays. I love interiors and am always disappointed when staying away when the linen is not what you'd expect or the surroundings don't feel sympathetic and welcoming - if not down right luxurious! So I very much hope if you choose to come and stay at Castle Farmhouse Cottage, you will feel the love and care that has gone into renovating it. It's still a work in progress (- aren't all old houses?) but already I hope you will feel and enjoy the love and integrity that we've put into bringing it back to life.
