East Wing of Historic Lickleyhead CastleThe East Wing of Lickleyhead Castle is a luxury exclusive use accommodation venue. The castle is a Grade A listed historic building from the 16th century. The East Wing can accommodate 4 adults in comfort with the option of adding up to 2 small children. Outside the sound of running water and abundant birdlife combine to provide an atmosphere of peace calm and tranquility.The spaceEach of the bedrooms have been styled to reflect the period of former owners of note. This includes our 'Bartholf' medieval styled room. The castle grounds which are exciting to explore extend to 11 acres with 2 burns (streams) rope swings to discover not to mention a ruined archway and a bird hide. We are also situated on the lower slopes of Bennachie which of course means plenty of wonderful walks from the doorstep.Please note: The east wing does not have a games room. For some reason this information is stuck on the listing despite having been deleted some time ago.

The grounds were lovely with the burns flowing by.
