The apartment was beautiful and clean. The grounds were stunning and very walkable. We ended up staying an extra night because of a canceled ferry and Christina reached out to us to see if we needed an extra night. That helped us because we were scrambling to change car rentals, ferry rides, train rides and other hotel stays. She was proactive and took care of it for us. I’m sure it happens from time to time so they know the situation but still it helped. | |||
