The space
A spacious, warm, entrance hall:
with wood panelling up to dado height draws guests into the apartment where it leads through to a large lounge which has double aspect views of Loch Ness and out over the surrounding countryside. It is very comfortably furnished and boasts an original feature fireplace which adds character to an already impressive room. A television with Free-view and DVD player are provided here for guests’ entertainment.
The kitchen:
is open plan to the dining area (which seats 6) and the lounge and is fitted with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. It is well equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The granite worktops are a finishing touch to this designer kitchen.
The master bedroom:
has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC which is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. The bedroom itself has a super king size bed (which can convert to twins) and there are lovely finishing touches to this light, airy room. A combined radio/alarm/iPhone/iPod docking station is supplied here as well as a TV/DVD player.
The second bedroom:
has a double bed and a view over the Scriptorium and to the Abbey Church. Again, the standard of furniture and furnishings is very high.
A family bathroom:
with over bath shower leads off the hall. This bathroom is also fully tiled, with underfloor heating.
Highland Club facilities include:
Gym, heated indoor pool sauna and steam room, indoor and outdoor table tennis, football nets, tennis court, adventure playground, outdoor badminton, BBQ area with picnic tables, cricket pitch, pentaquin, croquet.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to facilities in the Highland Club.
Facilities include *heated indoor swimming pool, *tennis court, outdoor and indoor table tennis, giant chess set in the cloister gardens and of course the members room (WiFi access), situated in the Great Hall, with full size snooker table and relaxing seating area. WiFi access also available in the apartment.
*Swimming pool opening hours are 9am-6pm, sometimes extended in the summer. Please use online booking in system that is provided.
*The swimming pool complex, gym and tennis court are operated by the facilities organisation, Highland Club Management Company. The swimming pool complex and facilities are outhwith the control of Highland Club Scotland and is seperate from your holiday rental.

Other things to note
When you arrive at the gate, press the green button and come to the end of the driveway where the road forks to the left and right. Park in one of the arrival bays on the right hand side and call or text us. You log onto the Highland Club WiFi with password 01320132. We will come outside to meet you.
Upon your arrival at The Highland Club, one of our team members will take you to your apartment. You will then be shown how to work the main items in the apartment, such as the heating and gas cooker. We will offer some brief health and safety advice and answer any questions you may have.
Our office hours are generally 10am till 8pm. Check ins after 9pm must be pre-arranged. Check in after 9pm is with £30 charge, check ins after 11pm is with £75 charge.
