The space
A secluded Napoleonic coastal fort at end of its own 800m drive. Drawbridge, high vaulted ceilings, 25m reception hall, 8 bedrooms (6 en-suite), large lawns and gardens, path & steps down to secluded beach. Hard tennis court, oak frame garden house, spacious games room in rooftop stretch tent. Two electric car charging points.
Guest access
The entire Fort, drive, surrounding grounds, beach and tennis court.
Other things to note
Our beach, Polhawn Cove, strictly speaking belongs, like all Cornish beaches, to the Duchy of Cornwall. We own it to the high water mark, and the only other access is from the sea, or a difficult scramble across rocks.
