Lovely cosy barn in a beautifully peaceful location. Well equipped and very clean. Comfortable bed.
Lots of recommendations for places to visit and local food options, which were very helpful.
Elizabeth and Alasdair gave us a warm welcome, and were on hand if we had needed them without intruding on our break.
Hope to stay again sometime soon.

The best part is the investment you make in taking this little idyll goes towards the enrichment of the local wildlife through the farm. just wonderful!

Michael9 years on AirbnbNone5January 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the farm and can't recommend it enough. From the comfy bed and fully-stocked kitchenette to the large bathroom (with underfloor heating!!) and cozy woodstove - it was brilliant. The converted barn is an oasis of peace, where you can escape the world and focus on what really matters. The walks in the area were great, Montacute House, St. Catherines church, the Kings Arms, friendly locals and of course the lovely cows on the farm - for us, it was our best holiday yet. Elizabeth and Allister are fabulous hosts....if you are lucky enough to get a booking, you won't be disappointed.ElizabethJanuary 2025Thank you so much for your very kind review Michael. We were delighted to welcome you both here and to show off our small Red Devon suckler herd.
