The Ffarm is a magnificent Grade II listed historic manor house set in 2 acres of gardens and dates from 1706. The Ffarm Flat is a delightful private self catering apartment at the rear of the Ffarm with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area and a separate en-suite double bedroom it provides an ideal base for a couple wishing a little independence. Situated just 5 miles inland from the sea it is well placed for those wishing to explore the North Wales coast and Snowdonia.
The space
In the bedroom we provide bedding, pillows, towels, bathrobes, soap & shampoo.
The bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
In the kitchen we provide complimentary tea & coffee and a welcome pack (milk, cereals, bread butter & jam).
There is free wi-fi for guests.
The restaurant at Ffarm Country House is open to guests staying at the Ffarm Flat but booking is essential (see the Ffarm Food page of our website for opening times and our menus).
The village of Betws-yn-Rhos has a local shop & post office plus a pub (the Wheatsheaf Inn) that serves food.
Mobile coverage in the village is limited to O2 & Vodaphone (sorry).

We were visiting the area for a family birthday party. The flat was ideal for our needs. It is behind the main hotel and has a designated parking place. There was lots of space inside with everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful little extras too. Dressing gowns, slippers, soap, shampoo etc In the kitchen milk was provided along with tea, coffee, sugar, cereals & biscuits. The Ffarm Country House Hotel is a beautiful building set in lovely gardens. The menu for the restaurant looked excellent. In the end we didn’t have time to eat there as we met up with relatives each evening. We spent a day in nearby Rhos on Sea which we thought was lovely. We would like to return later in the year to explore the area further. | |||

The host was very helpful and explained everything very clearly on arrival. Everything you’d need to stay for a few days is provided by the host and in a really good state. Very little small downside is that the bathroom was very cold during my stay but that was nothing I couldn’t get past looking at how great the rest was! Highly recommended ! | |||
