The villa was everything and more of what we expected,the decor was done in perfection all the Scottish touches and details were beautiful . The grounds alone are just beyond stunning and all the animals roaming around were such a touch! The breakfast in the morning was superb and we can’t thank you enough for the takeaway hamsters for our early morning journey of exploring! Thank you to the managers on the property for being so welcoming and accommodating you all truly made our stay there so special! Ohh and we were so blessed to have seen the northern lights on the property. Such a treat When we return we will be coming back and staying longer! I have never written a review describing the host as amazing. Her knowledge of the property and her passion about it and her friendliness and willingness to communicate made our stay feel like more of an adventure than a 2-night place to sleep. The location is beautiful, private and close to fantastic restaurants. We truly loved our stay here - which included walking the expansive property, having tea and reading a book in a room with incredible views of the mountains, and sleeping rooms that were very tastefully appointed. Anna mentioned that they will be hosting Murder Mystery weekends soon. We’re ready to go back!!!! | |||

The grounds are breathtaking, and our children enjoyed feeding the hens, alpacas, and Fergus the peacock. The rooms were beautiful and even more luxurious than described. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could have brought them home with us. The breakfast - amazing! To top it all off, the staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Don’t hesitate to book a room at Glencruitten. You won’t be disappointed! | |||
