A rare opportunity to have a Victorian hunting lodge with tranquil private estate grounds exclusive to you. Comprises of a mixture of dorm-style rooms and family rooms, with additional cabin accommodation also on site. Several spacious group rooms within the main lodge, including a large games/events hall which can be used for parties or ceilidhs. 54 acres of woodland walks, including a sensory trail with sculptures to explore. Tinto hill is also within walking distance.
The space
Wiston Lodge has 9 bedrooms in the main house, 6 of which are dormitory-style with bunks and single beds (various numbers in each room see below) and 3 rooms with double beds and a single. There are various toilets dotted across the house, as well as some en-suite and shared showers/bathrooms.
Also onsite are 3 wood cabins, each sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms (bunk and single in each room). Each cabin also has its own shower room and toilet.

Room 1 (ground floor disabled access): 2x bunks, 1 single. 5 total.
Room 2 (1st floor): 1x bunk, 3x singles, en suite. 5 total.
Room 3 (1st floor): 1x double, 1x single. 2/3 total.
Room 4 (1st floor): 1x double, 1x single. 2/3 total.
Room 5 (1st floor): 2x bunks, 1x single, en suite. 5 total.
Room 6 (1st floor): 4x bunks. 8 total.

Room 9: Communal group room.
Room 10 (1st floor): 1x double, 1x single. 2/3 total.
Total capacity: Main house 45 beds / Cabins 18 beds.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole of the lodge and 54 acres of grounds.
Some outdoor activity structures are out of bounds, unless booked with an instructor in advance (contact us directly for this).
Other things to note
We have a range of outdoor adventure activities on site including canoeing, archery, high ropes, bush craft and team games. These are only accessible with qualified instructors who can be booked directly with our office at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
